The item itself seems fine and looks good overall, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box showed up crushed, and there wasn’t much padding inside to protect it. Luckily it still seems okay, but a little better packing would make a big difference.

I ordered from Protonsports, and the item that showed up wasn’t really like what was pictured or described. The sizing seemed off, and a few details didn’t match either, so it kind of felt like I got a different product altogether. I’m sure I ordered the right thing, so it was definitely frustrating since I went off the photos and info on the page.

"Pretty hard to maneuver"
I bought this thinking it would be easier to control, but it’s been frustrating to use. It feels clunky when I’m moving it around, and quick turns are especially awkward. I really wanted to like it, but every time I use it I just feel annoyed and disappointed.

After I placed my order, it felt like I had no control over it at all. The website made it seem like I’d be able to manage or update things after checkout, but once I paid, nothing updated properly and I couldn’t change or cancel anything, even just a few minutes later.
What made it more frustrating was that the site seemed to say one thing, but the actual experience was totally different. Support took a long time to get back to me, and when they did, the replies were super short and didn’t really help. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine was annoying and I wouldn’t order from protonsports.com again.

"Not much flexibility, and the emails were confusing"
I didn’t have the best experience ordering from protonsports.com. I made a small mistake on my order and emailed them quickly to try to fix it, but they weren’t very helpful. What made it more frustrating was that one email seemed to say one thing, then another email made it sound different, so I wasn’t even sure what was actually going on. It just felt like there wasn’t much understanding or forgiveness for an honest mix-up. Shipping also took longer than I expected. Maybe other people have had better luck, but I probably won’t order from them again...

I ordered from Protonsports the return process was a lot more annoying than I expected. Maybe it was just me, but it didn’t feel very straightforward at all.
I kept having to double-check what the next step was, and the instructions didn’t really make things easier. For something that should’ve been simple, it ended up taking longer than I thought and just felt stressful, you know?
The products themselves might be totally fine, but if you end up needing to return something, I’d be prepared for some hassle. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Just a heads up, the handle felt a lot shorter than I expected. It made the whole thing kind of awkward to use, so if you’re expecting a longer, more comfortable grip, you might want to keep looking.

"Not a lot to pick from"
I went on Protonsports hoping there’d be a decent range of stuff, but the selection felt kind of limited. I’d click into a category and there were only a few items, and then some sizes were missing too, so it was like—okay, never mind, I guess. The site itself was fine to use, but I ended up leaving without buying anything. They’d be a lot better if they added more variety.

"Paddle felt dead after a few games"
I bought a paddle from Proton Sports and, uh, I’m disappointed with it. Right away the pop felt weaker than I expected, and the sweet spot seemed really small compared to other paddles I’ve used.
After just a couple of sessions, it started feeling kind of dead, which was frustrating considering the price. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I expected a lot better and probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Not really worth the money"
I came away feeling like I paid way too much for what I got. Everything looked a lot better on the site than it did in person, and once it arrived, the quality just didn’t feel like it matched the price at all.
I also kind of felt ignored when I tried to get some help, which made the whole thing more frustrating. For the money, I expected something much better, but it just felt average, and I wouldn’t buy from protonsports.com again.

I tried using Protonsports, and like I said, it was just kind of a hassle from the start. The pages were loading really slowly, the menu didn’t feel easy to figure out, and I kept having to click around just to find basic things. Checkout was annoying too, like I said, it felt clunky and I wasn’t even sure if my info actually went through. Maybe other people have a smoother time with it, but for me it was a frustrating experience.

"Warranty support was really disappointing"
I had a problem with my gear and tried to go through the warranty process, but it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The replies took forever, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to get any kind of update. They did eventually respond, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole thing made it feel like nobody was really taking the issue seriously. I was hoping to grab a few things because the prices looked reasonable, but basically everything I actually needed was out of stock. Kind of frustrating when you're trying to stick to a budget and can't get the items you came for
